By accessing or using the website and services of Luxury Fitness Personal Training LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide in-home personal training, nutrition coaching, and related wellness services throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. The specific scope, duration, and pricing of services are outlined in your individual program agreement.

3. Complimentary Assessment

The complimentary in-home fitness assessment is offered at no cost and is subject to availability. Submission of your contact information does not guarantee a specific time slot. We will reach out within 24 hours to schedule.

4. Payment & Billing

All program fees are due as outlined in your program agreement (full payment or installment plan)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Installment plans are subject to a payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session credit
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your session credits
Program refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused session credits may be refunded at our discretion, minus an administrative fee
No refunds will be issued for sessions already completed

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

By enrolling in our services, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate in a fitness program. You agree to inform your trainer of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program. Luxury Fitness Personal Training LLC is not liable for any injuries or health complications arising from participation in our programs.

7. Conduct & Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide a safe and accessible environment for in-home training sessions
Treat all staff members with respect
Follow program guidelines and communicate openly with their trainer

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is the property of Luxury Fitness Personal Training LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Fitness Personal Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
